We are a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization and we receive NO direct funding from the government. We rely solely on our donor community to help us achieve our goals. We incorporated our organization in December 2014 and we received our IRS tax exempt status in March 2015. Our plan for the initial stages of our incorporation is to solicit donations for charitable purposes primarily through our on-line auctions. Funds will go towards cancer research as well as animal welfare. We are still in the process of selecting our partner organizations. Our long term goal is to fully fund and create emergency animal care facilities in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
